It is the responsibility of the customer (hirer) to ensure that all possible steps are taken to avoid injury or damage to the inflatable. Please ensure that the following safety instructions are followed:
1) Some unit's have an age limit. Please ensure no-one over this age uses the equipment.
2) No food or drinks to be consumed on the inflatable. (To avoid choking & mess).
3) All shoes, badges, jewellery, (i.e. large earrings, necklaces etc.) MUST be removed. It is recommended that spectacles are also removed.
4) No face-paints, party-poppers, coloured streamers or "silly string" must be used near or on the inflatable, as they can make a terrible mess and permanently stain the unit.
5) No smoking near the inflatable.
6) Climbing, hanging, or sitting on the walls is DANGEROUS and must not be allowed.
7) A responsible adult must supervise the inflatable at all times.
8) Ensure that the inflatable is not overcrowded, and limit the numbers depending on age and size of children using it. If the children are colliding into each other then it is too crowded.
9)Try to avoid large children and small children from using the inflatable at the same time. Some children require strict supervision.
10) If the inflatable is not being used for any part of the day, please switch the blower off at the mains, this will reduce your electric bill!
11)Do not allow anyone to bounce on the step/front apron. The step is there to help users get on and off.
12) Ensure that no-one with a history of back or neck problems are allowed on the inflatable.
13) Do not allow users to be on the unit during inflation or deflation.
14) In the event of heavy rain, it is strongly recommended that the inflatable be switched off. Any wetness, including bubbling can be dried with a towel. A small picnic table placed over the blower, will help prevent rain-water being sucked into the blower, and then into the inflatable.
15) The blower at the back may have a safety reset button. In the event that it overheats, or loses power, switch the blower off at the mains, and then switch it back on again 1 or 2 minutes later, and it should restart. If it does not, or there is a power cut, inform us IMMEDIATELY.
16) Ensure that the vent on the side of the blower is kept clear at all times.

18) The hirer is responsible for any damage caused to the equipment due to not following the above instructions the owner is only liable due to negligence when equipment is set up and failure of equipment. The owners will not be held liable for any injuries caused while the equipment is on hire the hirer takes soul responsibility for any injuries or damage.
19) All bookings are to be either indoors or on a grass area, we do not take bookings on hard surfaces outside or Astro turf. It is the responsibility of the hirer to disclose the surface the equipment will be going onto, if you are unsure you must speak to a member of team before booking - failure to do not disclose may result in refusal of your booking and 100% of the invoice to be enforced.
Bookings, General terms, Delays, Breakdowns & refunds.
All equipment remains the property of the company at all times.
By placing an order with us either verbally or via e-mail regardless of whether a booking form has been returned or deposit paid it is deemed that the customer has read, understood, fully agreed to and is bound by all our terms and conditions of hire.
In the event of traffic or other uncontrollable circumstances preventing us from being able to fulfill our contracted obligations our liability shall be limited to a refund of any monies paid in relation to the contracted event on a pro-rata reduction in the hire fee in the event of delayed start (based on event start time only). No further compensation will be paid irrespective of any loss of earnings or additional expenses incurred as a result of the hire. Delivery fees are also not covered by our pro-rata reduction policy.
In the event of any mechanical breakdown of equipment during your event preventing us from being able to fulfill our contracted obligations our liability shall be limited to a refund of any monies paid in relation to the contracted event on a pro-rata reduction in the hire fee (based on event start & finish time only). No further compensation will be paid irrespective of any loss of earnings or additional expenses incurred as a result of the hire.Delivery fees are also not covered by our pro-rata reduction policy.
Pro rata reductions & refunds are also limited to the specific items at fault, not the package as a whole. This includes generator failure being limited to the cost of the generator only, not the items being powered by it. If this causes any concerns, please be sure to book backup generators from us at a highly subsidised rate (see generator section for details)
Backup generator hire is STRONGLY RECOMMENDED for large events where possible.

Deposits
We require a minimum 30% admin fee to secure your inflatable and reserve the date specifically for you, all admin fees are none refundable, if in the event you decided to postpone or change your date we will endeavor to work around you and ensure we can accommodate your new date with your chosen equipment, we may have to sometimes substitute or sub hire equipment if the items you want are unavailable.
Equipment
The company reserves the right to substitute hired equipment with equipment of a similar type and value without notice in the event of previous damage or loss of booked equipment.

All goods remain the property of the company at all times.
The company reserve the right to amend or alter any product specifications without prior notice
Site Location, Facilities & Conduct
Hired equipment will be set up in one location only as agreed on arrival and will not be moved once unloaded and erected, location must be on privately owned property and can not be erected on common/public land without express written permission from the owner.
The company reserve the right to refuse delivery if the venue or site is deemed to be unsuitable by our delivery personnel or if the client has failed to notify the company of any delivery obstructions such as stairs or excessive loading distances from our vehicle to the installation site. In such a case no refund will be given and the full hire fee will be due.
The client is responsible for ensuring a power supply is suitable and located within 25meters or were the equipment will be erected failure to do so may result in the equipment been unable to be erected and in such a case no refund will be given and the full hire fee will be due.
The client is responsible for ensuring that suitable security and crowd control measures are in place prior to start of event.
The company reserves the right to cease operation and remove hired equipment from site if at any time a representative of the company feels that guests or clients conduct endangers the safety of the guests, clients, themselves or the safety of the hired equipment. In such cases no refund will be given and full contracted fees will be due to the company.
Generator Hire
In the event of any mechanical breakdown of generator equipment during your event preventing us from being able to fulfill our contracted obligations our liability shall be limited to a refund of any monies paid in relation to the contracted event on a pro-rata reduction in the hire fee (based on event start & finish time only). No further compensation will be paid irrespective of any loss of earnings or additional expenses incurred as a result of the hire.Delivery fees are also not covered by our pro-rata reduction policy.

Liability & Insurance
The company’s liability insurance covers use of the equipment only. Not the participants themselves. You as a hirer must ensure that you have adequate insurance to cover your guests
The client agrees to indemnify the company for any damage or theft of the company’s equipment whilst on hire. All responsibility is down to the client themselves.
The company accept no liability for any damage or loss of personal property and or any injury arising from the use of the hired equipment. All responsibility is down to the client themselves.
Any equipment booked on 'dry hire' is not covered by the company’s insurance policy and the client is responsible for suitable insurance cover. All responsibility is down to the client themselves.
Delivery & collections
All delivery and collection times are approximate and are subject to change without prior notice. Please ensure that you allow plenty of time before and after your party start time to ensure that everything runs smoothly on the day (we usually recommend 2hrs before just in case) and we could collect anything up until midnight of the same day.

Should something drastic happen on our vehicles and in the event we are unable to collect our equipment from your premises you will be informed, however The company will accept no liability or responsibility for loss or damage to property or the surface the inflatable is erected on. The company accept no liability for any damage or loss of personal property and or any injury arising from the use of the extended hire.
All items delivered to you are left in your care whilst we are absent until such time as we are able to collect the item(s) you have hired. In some cases this may not be as agreed due to circumstances out of our control. Please ensure that all equipment is kept in a safe and secure location, especially in peak season where collections can be as late as 12midnight due to the high volume of work we undertake.

Should any item(s) or equipment left in your care either through normal hire circumstances or extended hire circumstances be lost, stolen or damaged. Payment for repair or replacement will be expected in full and will be invoiced accordingly
Suitable access to the set up area must be provided at all times. Should you choose to accept delivery of any of our entertainment without proper external access to the set up area, it may be necessary for you to invite us through your property. Should you choose to ask us to deliver the item through your property. This company and or its employees will not accept any liability for any loss or damage to persons or property under any circumstances. some of our items by there very nature may be wet, dirty, very bulky and have sharp objects that may damage doors, wallpaper, cupboards. As such delivery in this method is strongly NOT advised and all responsibility for any damages occurring as a result remain with person who placed the order for booking or the owner of the damaged property although due care will be taken at all times. If in any doubt, PLEASE DO NOT BOOK WITH US.
Refusal of collection
In the rare event that you are unhappy with your entertainment for whatever reason, there is no valid reason for holding our equipment to ransom. In the event that a customer does hold an item to ransom we will have no option to contact the police. Withholding equipment from is is a criminal offence despite weather or not you are happy with our service.
